UHC denied my son’s air ambulance ($275k!) from UCLA hospital to Shirley Ryan/Chicago and said $11k of ICU treatment was “not medically necessary” Their “family engagement center” is a joke. I don’t condone violence here but I certainly get it. Maddening.
