I see the article from AP on their guidance like you mentioned. Per AP: It says The Gulf of Mexico has carried that name for more than 400 years. The Associated Press will refer to it by its original name while acknowledging the new name Trump has chosen. As a global news agency that disseminates news around the world, the AP must ensure that place names and geography are easily recognizable to all audiences. They got kicked out for this? I guess it's not acceptable to be a news agency worldwide.

Yeah, that makes sense looking at it that way. Oval office is not the press room. But, optics wise, I mean, Biden took questions from Peter Doocy from Fox who enjoyed giving Biden grief, although Biden called him a stupid SOB on a hot mic. Joe Biden apologized later that night, as he should have most definitely. But, at least he took his questions. lol.

Why is taking away the bill of rights, specifically freedom of the press, OK when a reporter called it Gulf of America instead of Gulf Mexico because specifically AP not only operates here, but almost 100 other countries. I mean, other countries don't recognize GOA because obvioulsy, those countries aren't us. Plus, since when is the Bill of Rights and Freedom of the Press a privilege, and not a right?

In the big scheme of things, you don't think it's a tad extreme to take away the bill of rights because some random reporter said Gulf of Mexico instead of America. I mean, maybe it was intentional from the reporter just to get Trump all riled up. People do get under his thin skin easily. Oh well.

Yes, lower spending equals less inflation, but don't we have to spend less too ourselves as the consumer? I mean, if we keep spending money like drunken sailors (not saying we are specifically), but consumer debt now is at all time high of almost $18 trillion. It's unimaginable, actually. Yikes!!! Plus, we keep adding more to it because of the high interest rates as if we haven't been hurting for years already. lol. We'll see what happens. Hopefully, it works out for us!

I saw it earlier today. The first thing you see is Musk wanting us to purchase "meme" coins from him. It also has a drop down to buy overpriced goods! T-shirts for $30! It is totally generic/general and it shows absolutely nothing about a chart on our debts, where they went, and what he is cutting or not cutting.

It's too bad Doge website doesn't show it, and the first thing we see on the website is how to buy a meme coin and to buy and sell it, with stock tickers floating around at the bottom. We also have an opportunity buy overpriced merchandise! The joy! I wish he didn't tell people to look at his website, I was quite disappointed to say the least. I can look at a chart, but it's like so generic, no idea what he is talking about. Sorry.

@RetroHighway Definitely thin sliced. I love pastrami, but that doesn't look too appetizing to me being so thick like that.

@elonmusk @SenSchumer Definitely waste in government, many of them serve in Congress to approve such ridiculous spending, if what you say is true.

Where on the website does it show this for Doge? I'm not interested in buying "meme coins" though and buying/trading stocks or purchasing merchadise. I see a chart, and our deficit spending categorized super generally, but that's about it, nor do I know what has been cut or not cut. I mean, I want to get rid of fraud/duplicate payments, excess spending too, but I don't see what you and Trump are talkilng about?
