@YankeeGunner Please turn him off. You will feel so much better. Maybe not immediately, but at some point you’ll exhale and realize how much wasted time you’re spending on him, Neville, etc…. Focus on the good stuff.

@YankeeGunner Politically, religiously, in sports, etc… there’s not one thought in the world universally shared. So best to just focus on your own.

The @TexasWBB win over South Carolina today was definitely more exciting than this Super Bowl.

@EricCHenry_ Gonzaga for sure the loudest men’s game at Moody for me, but I haven’t been to them all. Which one are you referring to?

@mdixonair I asked the guy next to me to pinch me to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. It’s been quite something. They do seem much more mature though while last year they were simply hot going into the postseason and then ran into a matchup they couldn’t handle. We’ll see. #GoJetsGo

Spot on. There are cooler NHL cities to visit. Every other NHL city has at least a few more things to do. But there aren’t many better in the NHL to live in. Why so many stay when they can go elsewhere.
The Athletic posted their anonymous player poll and surprise, surprise, guess which franchise popped up as the number one no-trade list team?! It's funny... players don't seem to want to go to Winnipeg, but ya know what? They also don't seem to want to leave there either. Connor Hellebuyck, Mark Scheifele, Kyle Connor, Josh Morrissey, Nikolaj Ehlers, Nino Niederreiter, Adam Lowry... All of these players chose to STAY in Winnipeg at very reasonable cap hits, most of them with term, too. Unlike a handful of players from a different Canadian team, who opted for some of the most expensive 5-6 year deals in the league. Not to mention the Jets are the best team in the NHL right now. As a player... especially with a relatively reasonable salary, Winnipeg is affordable, and an ideal place to raise a family. I grew up there and can confirm. The weather's cold, so what? You get to travel all over North America on the road. Toronto has been frigid this winter. And yes, we do have an airport, and a damn good one. I'd rather travel through a small airport that takes 10 minutes to get in and out of than a big, nightmare airport that takes hours. Thank you for listening, and Go Jets Go.
