Expectation appears to be that former Alliance skater and Western Michigan standout Ryan McAllister will be signing an NHL deal this week.

Harrison spent his minor hockey days with the London Jr. Knights and is the first U16 Alliance alumni taken in the NHL Draft. Bruins got a good one.

Chiefs finished OHF's with a 2-3-1 record. Owen Van Steensel led the team with 10 points while Hunter Haight led them with 5 goals.

Can confirm that Shawn Dietrich will be returning behind the bench for the U16 Waterloo Wolves.
Next season will mark the 12th year that Dietz will be running the Waterloo program.
Following their 7-0 win over Chatham today, the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs have clinched the top spot in the Alliance.
The Chiefs will take on the Lambton Jr. Sting in the opening round of playdowns.
Elgin Middlesex Chiefs have announced that Jason Williams will be the head coach for the minor midget team next season.
Williams currently coaches the 04's at bantam, who lead the Alliance championship 2-0 over London.

London Jr. Knights have released theirs led by the returns of Ryan Roobroeck and Ethan Weir.
Should be a fun team to watch
Congrats to the Brantford 99ers, London Jr. Knights, Waterloo Wolves and Windsor Jr. Spitfires on advancing to the round of 16 at the Wendy Dufton tournament.
Brantford will be the top seed after going 4-0 with 0 goals against in the round robin.
Hope one day we can get an updated rule where a series can't end after a tie.
Ending a series with a tie or an empty net because a team needs a win just doesn't feel right.
Sam Black and Brady Martin each had 5 point games to lead Waterloo to a 10-1 win over Windsor in Game 2 of their series.
Wolves have a 2-0 series lead and will look for a spot in the semi-finals on Saturday in Game 3.

Not officially announced, but the Alliance website has the 2nd U16 Showcase Weekend going down November 20-22 and being hosted by the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs in Komoka.
2020/21 Coaching Announcement - The Lambton Jr. Sting have named Brad Riley as their U16 coach for next season. Riley coached the Minor Midget team this year to their first playdown appearance since the 99 born team.
That's a wrap for the 2020 OHL Priority Selection. 50 Alliance players were taken today.
It was a fun day. I'll have more thoughts over the next couple of days.
