@GAAcoachquotes I've always felt the league is the best competition for intercounty football - why? Because you are playing teams of your level, it's a pity it's often played in the worst weather This is slowly changing in the Championship (there really should be at least 3 levels in football)

@adrianmcpartlnd @Kerryspursfor1 @GAAtrackerAPP It's cynical - he kicked it away to slow the attack and give his team extra time to run back and defend. Previously this resulted in the attacking team getting the ball, looking up, seeing a massed organised defence - and then kicking it backwards.
