Today shows why FA Cup replays are so important. Tamworth deservedly well in this game and drew to a PL side over 90 minutes. They would be going to a 62k stadium if replays existed. In the FA Cup, they would receive close to 50% of the gate receipts and tens of thousands for broadcast rights (Ā£144k per club in the third round in 21/22) if shown live. Some clubs have gained Ā£500k for replays - would be absolutely huge for any non league team. But no, someone please think of the multi-millionaire footballers and the āBig 6ā. #FACup
