Cinco de Mayo translated literally means "Basin of Mayonnaise" and celebrates the national condiment of Mexico. I learned this from my Mexican-American wife who got a B in Spanish in high school and so knows what she's talking about.

The counterpoint is always 60+ courts found no evidence of widespread voter fraud.
They never mention that none of them examined any evidence at trial they were all dismissed for technicalities such as lack of standing or lack of remedy.

Capital gains tax is 0% for individual filers with less than $47K in taxable income, 15% for income up to $520K, and then 20% above that.
Why don't you know that?

This is a straight up lie. Trump was cooperating with both NARA and the FBI letting them both into Mar-A-Lago to examine documents. Trump offered them the opportunity to go through everything and take what they thought were not personal records PROVIDED that Trump's attorney was

You mean the opposition party winning bigly until the wee hours of the morning when the incumbent rockets into the lead with a vertical line and wins by a thin margin?
No I hadn't noticed.

Section 5 of the 14th amendment states:
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
Colorado has no authority to enforce the 14th amendment. Only congress has that authority. It won't hold up.

Inside job. This was the final fact that convinced me. It was the FIRST TIME anti-snipers have been positioned at a Trump rally since he left office. Someone knew he was coming and left an opening for him and was going to kill him AFTER he started shooting.

I think the most likely thing is SCOTUS takes it but sits on it until after the election. Historically they've been inclined to let political matters be decided by the electorate not the justice system. Delaying the prosecution gives the American people a chance to pass

Presidential immunity ruling from SCOTUS is due in June. My bet is it grants immunity to indictments brought in county courts for any acts taken during term of office. That will end GA and NY cases immediately and prevent repeats of these frivolous prosecutions in the future.

Won't happen. If it was constitutional it would have been done long ago. When something seems obvious yet it's nowhere to be seen, there's something you don't know that's responsible for the absence. The gov't can't compel you to pay for a constitutional right.
