GIS Tip: Stop using Shapefiles as your primary and start using a geodatabase. Shapefiles should only be used for sending third party certain data IMHO. Geodatabase such as geopackage / .gdb / SQlite / PostgreSQL / MSSQL. have many benefits over shapefiles so just stop it lol

@nixcraft Depends on the type of app. For certain apps, setting up a headless #WordPress ( #PHP ) & then using whatever for the front end could be efficient and cost effective. For a geospatial app, #Django ( #Python ) would be the way to go imho. For me, it depends on the main goal of the app.

@SejalSud At 13, worked on a egg farm for 2 summers. At 15, got a part time job in construction as a plaster's helper. During the school year, I would worked weekends and during the summer, I would work full time. At 17, got into HVAC. At 20, got into the tech biz & went to college.

@codewithvoid Yes, web developing is not just about HTML, CSS or JavaScript etc. It is or could be a full-blown Software Engineer career. This means learning about data structures, learning about big O notation to optimize your JavaScript etc and algorithims such as breath-first & depth-first.
