Hello, I have checked the details and one of the crossings has already been settled using credit that was available against the vehicle registration, this is why the website is only brining up the one crossing.

Hi, if you manually top your account up you can do so from midday Sunday. If you top up by Direct Debit you won't need to do anything. If you have an account balance, your crossings will be taken from the credit available.

Crossings that have been made since 6am on 27 July 2023 will be allocated to your account. However, as the time frame to pay for crossings has been extended, these may not show on your account until after 15 August 2023. You do not need to take any further action in this regard.
