@YeaISaidIt15 He doesn't want the witness to explain cuz he probs thinks the jury's focus should be on the questions rather than answers.Once witness explain his questions will lose their impact on the jury. I've seen this strategy in movies/shows

@jjrs @Lawyeredup1 Yeah he clearly wasn't thinking at the moment. He was probably worried that being in court would make 12vvy spill under pressure.Joe needs to have a word with him about this.He should’ve let the lawyer do the talking in court

@jjrs @Lawyeredup1 Oh okay. I thought not every member of asap was in AWGE including 12vvy. Didn't 12vvy already say he didn't know before Rocky spoke?

@MarthaZakes @MrDennisByron I'm just not sure if Tacopina would be inclined to have him testify. I remember him saying things like he can't wait for ppl to see how wellspoken Rocky is and stuff.

@jjrs @Lawyeredup1 That doesn't necessarily prove that's a lie tho. If you been friends with someone for a long time you talk abt a lot of things, it's totally normal to forget some stuff.Maybe Rocky thinks he spilled but actually didn't, or he did share but 12vvy just spaced it out.
