My pal told me he was going to run 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 24 hours to raise money for the NHS. Told him I would run the first two with him at 12am and 4am for support so he wasn't running alone, and ended up doing the whole thing with him ๐ฅต Now going to sleep for 24 hours!.

This time last year I was in a leg brace, recovering from a broken knee cap and preparing for my last months of University in America. Yesterday I made my debut in the English Football League. Had so much support from family, friends, coaches and teammates. We thank God!
