I unlisted my 36:54 and 37:06 origins speedruns. These runs were played on an older version of Plutonium called r2905. It was recently discovered that r2905 has an issue that affects the spawn rate of zombies in solo runs, which makes these runs invalid.
For more context, r2905 was endorsed by ZWR as recently as 02/06/2024 with no mention of the spawn rate issue (). Despite this, I believe that these two runs should not be on leaderboards and I will be continuing to speedrun origins for a 35!
The reason I was playing on r2905 is because it is stable; i.e. it's unaffected by any random pluto updates, it's convenient to play coop runs on, and I don't have to login to use it. When I built my new pc in December, it was natural for me just to download this version.

You can use a timer, it strikes every 3 seconds but you can avoid it by timing your run between strikes. Also you go on the second before a multiple of 3 and each character has a different offset: D 0.20, N 0.35, R 0.50, T 0.65. For example Takeo would go on 1:14.65 on LiveSplit

To clarify, I knew about the issue when it was affecting the current version of pluto. I did not know that r2905 had the issue as it wasn't mentioned in the video I got it from. I said "recently" because I found out when Huth found out on 2/14/24. I've been using the fix since
@boomwahh
It's always exactly 3 seconds between strikes, but the timing is slightly different for each character. Using the same example from before, Takeo would go on 1:11.65, 1:14.65, 1:17.65, ... Dempsey would go on 1:11.20, 1:14.20, 1:17.20, ...
