I finally see the reason why people are upset that Earthbound isn't on SNES Switch online. Usually, a game would need licensing approval for it to appear on there (i.e. Ducktales NES needing approval from Capcom & Disney). However, Earthbound was published by Nintendo themselves.

I think people tend to forget that despite these actors getting older & their voices getting more hoarse, they LOVE the characters they voice. They can quit any time, even if money is an incentive, but some actors are just so passionate to their roles, they don't want to leave.
