Dear Goose, Against you? I cannot support this framing because we as Hokulani Limited have put the future of rugby at the Hazelwood location first. This is documented accordingly. Other parties have other ideas for Hazelwood. This is also documented. I am not against forming alliances, as my verbal understanding with the London Irish Amateur Club showed. Especially since the three of us see Hazelwood as a community asset.

Dear Mikey, Understandable. But it must be clearly stated that the ReSolve Group showed their "power" and influence with two late accepted bidders (American and Northern Irish) who turned out to be bluffs. Same game with Hazelwood now. Means staying consistent because there is no one else who wants to keep rugby on the Hazelwood grounds. Everyone else has other dreams, which I reject for the rugby community alone.

Dear Mikey, With all due respect to your curiosity, I am always happy to provide information. A public statement will come, because as you can imagine, transferring potential assets still takes time. My team and I are positive and will comment. But that could be in 1 week, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks. We are under no pressure because when we speak out, everything has to be clean. The time for action is more important than anything else.

@geddit23 @hara_frank7916 @Vickypower1978 Dear Mikey, I hate to quote myself but: "Some developers and Wycombe and Chelsea have their eye on Hazelwood to take it away from rugby purposes". We are not talking about London Irish as a brand or IP here. That goes without saying.

Dear Frank, Forgive me for my late reply but my team and I have several weeks of intensive work behind us. Nothing has died. As you know, I was and am always very willing to give information. The reason I have become quieter has nothing to do with my transparency but with the fact that we have to deliver and talk less. There was a time for talking and a time for acting. That is how we discussed it internally. The fact that a number of developers, as well as Chelsea and Wycombe and others, are lining up to get their hands on Hazelwood and make rugby history there as a community asset is regrettable but normal in the business. This is reminiscent of the Americans and Northern Irish who submitted their offers just before the deadline. We stand for a rugby community concept that combines professional and amateur sport. We want to implement this.

Dear Beans, In short. I understand the narrative that many Reading fans and outsiders see this club and everything around it as a "good investment". And it is. But since 2023, every "dealer" on the market has been offering this club. Some have burned their fingers on Dai because the actual amount he wanted to achieve was 45-50 million pounds. We verified a bid of 28.7 million at the time. As far as I know, Couhig even bid less. Dai doesn't like it at all. In addition, he has repeatedly abused the local media to develop and spread narratives about the bidders. That was the case with Couhig and even with me/us. The question arises as to what strategy is behind it. He let Couhig run wild, for example, let him act at Bearwood, let him come and go, had pictures taken at the Purple Turtle and even in the stadium. In addition, as I said, everyone knows that there will be surprises in the accounts. Not to mention the concealment of collateral on assets. Bidders had to find this out for themselves and it was kept secret.

Dear Beans, I will now try to answer you as realistically as possible and it is a theory and partly based on knowledge. I think when he put the club up for sale in 2023, he basically just wanted to see how much he "would" get because he is burdened with high debts in mainland China. In addition, an English club with so much tradition is almost a life insurance policy because people take notice if you disappear or anything else that is everyday life in China. I am just reminded of the Abramovich case, who was able to reside in London undisturbed by the Russian government and do whatever he wanted while one oligarch after another disappeared or was imprisoned in Russia. In addition, the books and accounts of Reading Football Club are a Pandora's box and certainly contain more surprises. I don't want to write any more because I don't want to make you depressed or make you feel depressed.

@RoyalsDan95 @Reading106 @AndyPreston96 Dear Dan, Last picture from September 2024 in China and as far as I know he is not allowed to leave China at all, would explain why his sister is signing things for him in the UK.

Dear Paul, Let's end on a positive note. First of all, all the best to you and your mental health as well as to all Reading fans, but look at it this way. Personally, I would never touch the "investment opportunity" Reading Football Club again and I strongly doubt that everyone in the market knows about this opportunity since 2023, including all the "dealers" who offer it to us investors. Anyone who does this is really committed and must have a lot of nerves, because I guarantee you that there will still be hidden things or surprises. That's why I always have to smile when people say Reading Football Club is such a great "investment opportunity". That's partly true.

Dear Paul, Unfortunately, I never received a reply to my email to Mr. Couhig, although I wouldn't interpret anything into it. He is an experienced lawyer and I think it just doesn't fit into his strategy. He himself spent several hundred thousand pounds or US dollars on intensive due diligence. I strongly doubt that it is as detailed as ours because, unlike us, he couldn't crack the China black box. For a long time, the Chinese lobby was allowed to do whatever it wanted in this country. Many are on their payroll and their influence is great. Couhig focused on the British Virgin Islands and other things in his due diligence. We were aware of the collateralisation of assets relating to Reading Football Club as early as March 2024. As I said, I don't know his strategy. I already said at the time that in my opinion Mr. Dai has no interest in selling. His wet dream was always to keep 25% and maybe sell the rest of the shares. He is concerned with control and "saving face" is part of his culture. Which is of course a bit bizarre. Protest together with the MPs in front of the EFL headquarters or the Chinese Embassy and let's wait for the National Security Review.

Dear Daniel, Honest and short answer. Strong protests in front of the EFL headquarters and the Chinese embassy in combination with MPs and what I submitted (due diligence) will have an impact. I am convinced of that. But this will not happen overnight because there is a strong Chinese lobby here in this country that also has entire organizations and people and politicians on their payroll and is slowing these things down or trying to protect them. However, football has one strength: once things really get rolling and all the pieces of the puzzle come together, it's game over. I have become quieter because it is time for actions and not words.
