I don't care what John Lasseter has to say, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command is a great show! And no, his comment on the show has nothing to do with him as a person. We all know the REAL reason why he's hated.
Mickey Mouse cartoons being calm and charming are fun, don’t get me wrong. But I honestly prefer Mickey Mouse cartoons that copy Warner Bros., Cartoon Network, and MGM cartoons. Mickey Mouse in the modern era works best when he’s copying Looney Tunes!
You wanna know what's interestingly odd? [adult swim] actually WAS interested in continuing Invader ZiM, and even made the bid to purchase the show from Nickelodeon. No, I am not making that up. And yet, the studio refused to sell the rights.
We all know 4Kids makes crappy anime dubs for kids, but they’re not alone. DiC Entertainment and Saban Entertainment (later Saban Brands) are guilty of what 4Kids did too, tbh.
Warner Bros. Discovery in talks to merge with Paramount Global.
Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav met with Paramount Global CEO Bob Bakish on Tuesday in New York City to discuss a possible merger, Axios has learned from multiple sources.

If you think Brian Robbins is making Nickelodeon a better place, you’re wrong. He hasn’t done Nickelodeon any better, especially considering the fact that he was involved in the production of All That, Kenan and Kel, and the Amanda Show with Dan Schneider.
Why would you want Warner Bros. Discovery to merge with NBCUniversal if you don't want Warner Bros. Discovery to merge with Paramount?? That's hypocritical and contradicting!!
“Klasky Csupo makes better content for Nickelodeon than Dan Schneider!!”
You know what? Even I have to agree! Because even if I don’t like most of Klasky Csupo’s works, I won’t deny that they left a bigger impact on Nickelodeon than Dan Schneider ever would.
Everyone! Please block Dan Schneider!! He’s nothing but an absolute creep!! He has a love for REAL children’s feet!! Upon watching “Quiet on Set”, he REALLY needs to be blacklisted!
If Cartoon Network was launched in Canada in 1998, this is what the famous One Mind, Many Voices promo for Cartoon Cartoon Fridays in 2001 would look like in Canada, tbh.
Remember that one scene in "the Bart of War", an episode of "The Simpsons", where Milhouse and Bart watch an episode of South Park where Stan, Kyle, and Cartman watch a concert that features Farty the Crippled Robot and OJ Simpson?? Imagine if that episode was real.
2023 is looking to be a mixed year for Universal. Illumination is doing good with the new Mario movie, as well as Migration. Five Nights at Freddy’s is especially promising. But compared to last year, Ruby Gillman: Teenage Kraken and Trolls: Band Together aren’t very promising.
Not gonna lie, I actually did enjoy My Gym Partner’s a Monkey as a kid, but as I got older, it really didn’t age well. To be honest, this isn’t the worst thing Cartoon Network has ever made. I’ve seen shows that are way worse. But this show is mostly cruel and boring.
I feel bad about Seth MacFarlane. I shouldn't have been harsh on him years ago. But I'll gladly give him this. At LEAST, HE'S NOT BUTCH HARTMAN, JOHN KRICFALUSI, CHRIS SAVINO, OR JUSTIN ROILAND!!!
I apologize for showing this to you, but it's true. Amanda Bynes HATED working with Dan Schneider!! Like, liking feet is one thing, but towards children?? NO!!! Dan Schneider loves kids' feet the most!! WHAT THE HELL??!! Dan Schneider really needs to be sent to jail forever!!
The merger between Warner Bros. and Discovery would've been fine if it happened in a year like 1999, but not in when David Zaslav is involved!! I'm sure the 1999 merger between WB and Discovery would've been less problematic then than it is now.
For the upcoming Powerpuff Girls reboot, not only should Craig McCracken reveal the first names of Professor Utonium and Ms. Keane, but to also keep showing Ms. Bellum’s face every time whenever she’s onscreen.
If Universal did a collaboration between DreamWorks Animation and Illumination Entertainment, imagine if they both worked on Universal’s first Lego movie.
I know Disney Channel used to air Rolie Polie Olie back in the day, and I get that Disney distributed the show here in the USA, but here's the thing. Disney doesn't own the rights to Rolie Polie Olie; Nelvana does.
Katy Mills Mall, a mall founded October 1999, over two years after my birth (yes, really), honestly had this atmosphere influenced by 1990s Nickelodeon, Fox Kids, and South Park to me. Yeah, I said it. I actually remember going to Katy Mills during my childhood a lot.
We live in a world where four pieces of children's media, so far, would be turned into horror films. I guess the Banana Splits Movie really did create this new fad of turning children's media into horror projects.
Paramount Animation should've been launched in 1995, one year AFTER Viacom bought Paramount Pictures. And movies like these would've made Paramount (Feature) Animation compete against Disney before DreamWorks.
It’s amazing how much Johnny Test has evolved. Although, yeah. The WB Animation era is the more superior version. The Cookie Jar version was terrible, and the WildBrain Spark version is worse. The Netflix version is better, but yeah, it should’ve stayed an American cartoon.
