Comparing the current NSW situation to Victoria's last year is complete fear mongering and totally inappropriate. I'd like to think NSW has proven how well it has done in the past with other outbreaks, and that in itself should be evidence of its capability.
Very messy presentation of data and cases in NSW. Really hard to follow the chains of transmission from the person who infected the driver onwards. Could be making the same mistake as Vic last June. Thinking that locking down loosely bounded suburbs can work.

Well West Australians can't take up the offer because they have to apply for a border pass to re-enter the state they live in, and face the likely prospect they won't be approved to get back in.....
From today travellers from SA, Queensland, WA, the NT and the ACT will be able to enter Tasmania without quarantining.
