Gotta love the YIMBY discourse on here with solutions like "tear it down!" or "build it higher!" . do y'all not realize things cost money and require people who want to invest for anything to happen? It doesn't matter how good a project is if no one wants to do it.

Sensible.Are prices down right now at McDonald from a few years ago? This is not a complex question, yes or no answer. Dimwit.Short-term they're down but you have to look at the big picture, which is that they're higher than before & lower-income folks can’t get $1 menu deals. 🤷🏾♂️.
