8 yrs ago Dan and I started Young Jerks.
Since then we've grown to a measly 6 employees.
We do well, but we're not like crazy rich.
Everyone works 4 days, has healthcare, 401k and family leave.
You can build a nice thing without being a hustle pig / endless growth perv!
