Last week the Governor responded to the closure of a health clinic in Eureka and predictably blamed it on #ksleg 's failure to expand Medicaid. The curious thing about that? The clinic was an FQHC- Federally Qualified Health Clinic, which means they don’t receive Medicaid rates.
