@AEHALL1983 @JTE85 This was the correct response 3 years ago. Europe should have stood up to Russia. But it didn’t. There’s no way militarily to win this war without a united EU /Europe committing people & weapons. The EU won’t do that. They’re too weak.

Russia should never have been allowed to “win” or even “draw” this horrendous conflict. But how is it going to end? A strong Europe/NATO/EU that spent a decent amount of money on its own defence may have been a deterrent, but Europe is toothless, offers money to Ukraine & then pays Russia for gas. It’s trying to fight a “polite” war with Russia, and you never win those. Europe looks to the US to pay for its defence, but the US taxpayer has had enough of a Europe that just basically takes the piss out of it. It’s a shame.
