The entire Thunder team loaded the bus this past Monday and headed to the city to see Associate Coach Bill Rotheisler in the hospital. This visit was great one for the team as well for Bill. It definitely lifted Bill's spirits.

The Drayton Valley Thunder Family is deeply saddened to hear of Parker Tobin’s passing in the horrific bus crash in Saskatchewan. Parker Tobin was a member of the Drayton Valley Thunder Junior A Hockey Family for the 2016-2017 season.

It is official! Coach Eric Thurston delivered the papers to Luke Lush to sign making it official for Luke to play at Scared Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Luke plans on heading to Connecticut to join his new team, the Pioneers in August. Good Luck Luke!
