The debtor was deceitful, but since there's no written agreement, it will be hard to prove the basis of the interest he is demanding. The debtor just needs to provide evidence beyond his initial plan, such as an unexpected illness, to win the case.
Borrowed a friend 1,250,000 three years ago, it was an urgent thing, to be repaid that weekend when his salary drops. His salary did drop but my funds never. He said something came up and it’s been stories snd excuses since. He called now and wants to pay me back this morning, I said he’s now owing me 3M naira at least and no longer 1,250,000. We’ve been on the case since. Either pay me 3M today or keep the whole 1.2M forever. No fight.

This evening, I accompanied Barrister Tope Temokun on a visit to @seaking303, who is being detained at the notorious Abbatoir Police station in Apo area of FCT, Abuja. Despite @PoliceNG's attempts to intimidate him, @seaking303 remains in high spirits and unbroken. It is worth noting that, despite @PastorEAAdeboye’s assertion that he had no involvement in @seaking303's unjust and unlawful detention, the @policeng authorities at the Dasuki Galandanchi led FId cybercrime Unit have refused to release him, citing their belief that @PastorEAAdeboye of @rccghq would reach out to the petitioner, Paul James Adama, who is representing Pastor E.A. Adeboye in the petition used to justify @seaking303's detention. #FreeSeakingNow
