I can't agree more. A true reflection of the current political context in the country
#Uganda is a Republic on paper. But in practice, it’s a #Military monarchy. The law says #power belongs to the #people. Ground says power belongs to guns. De jure vs de facto. That’s not a democracy. It’s deception.
