My current United tactic in my

side save to start the second season, we moved the 3 CM more advanced. In the second image you can see what it looked like in the first season.
My first
#FM24
post. I address why I’ve chosen Sporting CP, my recruitment plans, how I intend to structure the squad for a player pathway for youth and their development. I then address the finances and why it’s crucial for us to sell players.
I released a new post today explaining how I set up recruitment focuses in
#FM24
then utilise Shortlists and Transfer Targets before asking my DOF to sign players. Hopefully this helps a few people.

, €555.5m worth of talent poached by bigger clubs. €41.5m spent on future talent. This gives our next lot of youngsters the chance to step up & a new tactic to fit them in. Mohammed the first of the African project to break into the XI.

@StingerNeilD
We’ve had some great tips on
@ViewFTTouchline
pieces from guests on youngsters who people haven’t heard of. Everyone’s talking about Endrick but nobodies mentioning the attacking players in this piece for example from what I’ve seen
One of the aims of my
#FM24
save I set out in November was to build a Brighton style recruitment model where I’d find young talent around the globe to bring in, develop and sell for bigger fees. We’re at a point now where we’ve made €2Billion in profit from the sales.
Recently I've been scouting Africa for more talent as our primary focus on
#FM24
Here is some of the latest talents my scouts found and We have signed.
First 4 Centre backs costing a total of €253,000
Man United signed Viktor Gyokeres for €49m and rather than rush to sign any striker to replace him I waited. I feel like I got the right man months later in the January transfer window.
Armando Borja joins for €24.5m and then scores on his debut.
