Noe Miranda, a criminal non-resident, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2025, by the U.S. Marshal's Service San Diego Fugitive Task Force for distribution of a controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. He has been a fugitive since August 2021. @USMarshalsHQ
