#Christians will need quite a few things in the days ahead while in a world getting darker: - #Love of the #truth. - #Compassion. - #Forgiveness. - Not compromising. - Accountability, while holding brethren accountable. - Trusting the Holy Spirit [John 14:26/John 16:13]. - Having a biblical view of eschatology. - Not placing hope in conspiracies, vain imaginations or man-thought nonsense... testing all things. - Understanding what #Maranatha means, being rooted in it and proclaiming it to others, no matter the cost.

Proverbs 24:16 NKJV — For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity. What does it mean to endure? It comes forth when we surrender to God. It comes when we realize that our strength is limited, but that of Gods is limitless. Endurance, though, without faith, can lead to pride. We can tell ourselves: "I got through all of this because of how strong I am." But in reality, it was the grace and wisdom of God that brought us through. We can endure nothing without Jesus, because He endured all suffering so that we could be free to follow Him. The best thing about getting back up when we fall, is that we defy satan. We look him in the face and proclaim: "Though He slay me, yet will I still praise Him" And even more so? We inspire others to never give up in the process. Stay encouraged today. Endure to the end. Well, If some psycho entered into your home with the intent to take you, your wife and your children out, and the psycho took the father and husband out, then it is up to whoever else knows how to use a firearm. The bible also proclaims very loudly that most saints at the end will face persecution and martyrdom. It also proclaims that many will be offended at Jesus and fall away... and it will be due to Him asking them to remain faithful under severe circumstances. It says nothing about escaping persecution. The underground church and bloody history of the church proclaims very loudly what will be required of us at the end of the age. Revelation 13

Oh I know, this seems to be an option. If anything, he could end up being AN antichrist, with Elon merely being part in the rise for the technology that leads to the mark. On the other hand, [in my opinion] the mark could be both symbolic and literal. The right hand signifying allegiance, and the forehead signifying worship or following. The physical mark can merely be a type of 'baptism' if you will, one going full on and proclaiming their lives to the beast. And that's perfectly fine brother. I used to believe in a Pope antichrist and even [insert president here] being the AC or some other American figure. I only ended up at my convictions because I believe that they line up with the history of the scriptures and in general. Maybe he will proclaim to be God or the savior of the world. Time will tell.

I am not arguing with you on scripture, brother. However, when we look at the Mahdi, which is who our antichrist will be [the eschatology of Islam and Christianity is almost mirrored], he never proclaims to be God. But, he does the same thing here mentioned in 2nd Thessalonians 2:4. He does not need to verbally proclaim to be God. Many mad men have been doing this for ages. The difference is that he goes into the temple and proclaims it with his actions, which we know will be the most blasphemous moment in history. This is when I believe Jesus Himself will return, or will be ready to return [only He knows]. Not to remove us, but to stop the usurper from taking His rightful place. He will return as a perfect and righteous warrior King who finally puts an end to the kingdom of the beast and those who choose to follow him.

Would you still #worship God and #follow Him if you had ideologies coming to destroy your buildings and hunting you down? The underground #church remains #faithful even in such circumstances, and we will be required to do the same.

Another option in the list... - He is not a teacher. He is merely a mouthpiece for some other wicked agenda that God will fully expose at the end of the age... many professing Catholics will finally come to know the Living Savior, and not the one they worship who still hangs on the cross, nor Mary.

But he will not call himself God. This is not what it says at all. He will merely go into the temple and sit 'in the position of' God, portraying himself as such. Nowhere does it say that he will verbally proclaim himself as God. Those who do not know God will see him as a 'god' because of the false miracles leading up to this moment in history. It also says that he will 'bring truth to the ground', meaning, he will more than likely re-interpret it, twist it, blaspheme it and make laws forcing others to believe in something else which would now be known as 'truth' in his own image and mindset. This would include turning the world against the Covenant people, and those grafted in.

Part of the 'truth' that many will no longer cling to is being seen now. - Many hate the Jews based on conspiracies and delusions made up in the media and web. - Many have turned Sunday service into a clown show. - Many proclaim a different 'Jesus' who accepts and praises all sorts of abominable behavior... calling it 'love'. That spirit of antichrist is said to 'bring truth to the ground'. We are witnessing this today.

@Apricot064 Absolutely. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what kind of spirit they are under. Even if one is not a believer, they can see that something is seriously messed up with their mentality and ideologies.

I was #reading in Titus this morning and was reminded why we need to hold the men at the pulpit accountable, because many of them do not fit the following: Titus 1:7/9 For a bishop [or, pastor] must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled, holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict. - Many do not have self-control. - Many are not hospitable, but greedy. - Many are quick-tempered. - Many have violent ideologies. - Many are given to drunkenness. - Many are not lovers of good. - Many are not sober-minded. - Many are not just, or holy. - Many no longer hold to what is true, but what they are taught to teach others, or go by their own biases and vain imaginations, proclaiming it as 'truth'. Eventually, it all leads up to this: V16 They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.
