Seeing alot of guitar videos of "DtMF" by Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny. Didn't do alot of widdly widdly stuff just the nice 7th chords and the vocal melody. Song is in Spanish and is about regretting not taking more photos of people had spent time with.

@Fender Having my first ever electric modified and upgraded back in 2019. Had everything under the bonnet changed. The day it was finished was a very happy day for me. The guitar turns 28 years old this year and I plan to keep it for a other 28 years hopefully.

@GuitarStuf Hate seeing dirty dry fretboards. Nothing like a nice conditioned shiny one!

@ElixirStrings Yes my first electric guitar was a squier affinity strat that I got back in 1998. I still have and use it today albeit a lot of modifications have been done to it. Its the guitar I'll never sell.

This is a learner's strat that I restrung and gave the fretboard a clean as it was dirty. Giving it a little test run playing an old Maroon 5 song. Feels a lot nicer to play with a new set of @ernieball slinky on it!!

Despite the melody having 5 notes it was actually quite tricky for me to get the phrasing right. It's not all about playing scales and getting as many notes in its the articulation and phrasing of fewer notes that create melodic interest. You may surprised but this was hard.
