heyy diagnosed person here!
personally, my therapists and psychiatrists have been suspecting my bpd and trating it as such since I was 15 so it is possible to have it at that age
ofc I wasn't able to get a diagnosis until recently and there is still the possibility that it may -

the symptoms/signs of a personality disorder can be spotted from a very young age, one of the reasons they don't diagnose it is bc there's a high chance to "correct" those behaviors
