Good government information is vital. Anyone that tries to hide or destroy information, fired and maybe jail. Anyone that corrupts information, fired and maybe jail. Information fed to AI for expert advice on where to look further for waste and abuse.

Someone must raise his incompetence to the Judicial Council. If his bad acts were deliberate, then that would be corruption of justice. A judge is an agent and servant of the judicial system. He has no right to set up his own personal kingdom and ignore the system rules.

There are insufficient checks on the Judiciary. They are the only agents of government that have the power to throw you in jail for looking at them wrong. That is what gods and kings do. That is not acceptable in a democracy.

It sounds like conspiracy to aid and abet. Now lawyers do sleazy things like this and they are protected so maybe these people are also but it still makes it sleazy.
