What @AUThackeray says makes absolute sense. Political ideologies of the past aside, Bombay was NEVER this bad as it is today. Dug up roads without any end in sight, completely messed up infrastructure and a LOT LOT more. 😞
Addressed the media today on the @mybmc budget: • The proposed tax on shopkeepers in slums is highly unjust and done to only favour a push in Dharavi towards accepting adani group. The MVA Government led by Uddhav Thackeray ji got rid of property tax upto 500 sq ft, while now on the other hand the bjp appointed administrator for BMC is imposing a tax on shopkeepers on slum areas. Next up, will be a tax on slums. • The BMC also has proposed a user fee on picking garbage, from all households. This coincides with the ₹2500 crore expense BMC will incur to clean up Deonar for Adani group. Why should land usurped by adani group be cleaned up by Mumbaikar’s money? • The ₹7500 crores premium due from Dharavi redevelopment has not reflected in the budget. The BMC cuts water/ electricity for citizens not paying dues, why should an industrialist- builder be allowed an exemption, that too so big? • I thank the BMC commissioner for exposing Eknath Shinde’s blatant lies. By mentioning that only 26% of road works were complete, the habitual lies of Mindhe about making Mumbai pothole free in 2 years have been exposed. I said it first, I say it again, the road scam of 2023 and 2024 was only meant to siphon funds from Mumbai to mindhe’s contractor friend’s pockets. • the BMC has given only ₹1000 crores to the BEST, as against giving ₹5000 crores to MMRDA, and ₹4000 crores for North Bound Coastal Road. Ideally the MSRDC should pay the BMC for it. The msrdc officials have minted money, and bought acres of land by the delayed projects Mumbaikars, not getting anything from the Central Budget and facing dug up roads, air pollution, polluted water, inflation can sum up their emotions as “Hazaar ghum hai, Khulasa kaun kare? Abh toh muskuraa leta hoon, Tamasha kaun kare?” - unknown shayar

Sadly @airindia’s social team has extremely thin skin and can’t take any feedback or criticism. 😂😂

@CSMIA_Official Can you explain how buying a bottle of water needs a boarding pass scanned. Your response is automated and means nothing.

@CSMIA_Official Your response is automated and makes zero sense. Can you tell me why this store refused to let me buy a bottle of water without presenting my boarding pass? @CSMIA_Official

Unreal. This shit needs to stop. Someone one day I hope the people take matters into their own hands, break barricades and show the law a giant middle finger.
This culture of blocking roads for hours just because a VIP is passing by needs to stop. Thousands of citizens have to face problems, and their time is wasted because of it.

The absolute shit state of affairs in our country all rolled up in one post! So sad to read this. Just absurd
Always stay focused and maintain a safe distance on roads, as Indian roads can be unpredictable due to reckless drivers. Details shared by Amit Vishwakarma I was traveling from Bhopal to Pune with my family in a Kia Seltos. While driving on the Nashik highway, I encountered a situation where a car (an Ertiga) was parked in the high-speed lane. This car was in my blind spot due to a vehicle running ahead of me. I was traveling at around 95 km/h and, upon noticing the parked car, I managed to stop at a safe distance. However, a Ford EcoSport following me collided with my car from the rear, and the EcoSport was then hit by another car, an Ertiga. Fortunately, no one was injured, but all three cars were damaged, with the second Ertiga sustaining the most damage. The drivers of the cars behind me began scolding me for stopping on the highway, and a group of local villagers also gathered and became aggressive. Thankfully, my dashcam footage saved me. I showed them the video, which clearly captured the first Ertiga parked in the high-speed lane, causing the chain reaction. The owner of that Ertiga fled the scene after hearing the sounds of the collisions. Despite the damage, we three drivers handled the situation calmly, as everyone had insurance. I attempted to file a complaint against the driver of the parked Ertiga, but no police station helped me. They claimed that since he wasn’t directly involved in the accident, no complaint could be lodged. Here’s what happened when I tried to file a complaint: 1. I approached the Pune police station (as I’m from Pune and the parked Ertiga also had a Pune registration). They redirected me to a Nashik village police station. 2. The Nashik village police station redirected me to the Nashik city police station. 3. The Nashik city police station told me there was no law to register a complaint against the parked driver in this case. Using the car's number plate, I was able to get the owner's mobile number. Initially, he denied being there, but when I shared the dashcam video, he casually said, "Go ahead and complain; nothing will be done."

@psmanas Been through Jodhpur also with this and even they didn’t bother. But the delhi clowns will go out of their way. Even my tray with my electronics all completely exposed gets pulled out ONLY at Delhi. Amateurs.

@NaraayanKannan This never gets done at Bombay. It’s only the inept security at delhi that has all these million issues. And let’s not even begin to talk about the way trays and scanning machines are handled. Absolute morons.

I have no clue who Eisha Singh is but since the OP has decided to do zero automotive research I guess someone had to step in 😂 That GLE was never a ₹2cr car. It’s not even a ₹1cr car. One could buy one of these for about ₹30 lakh today. Also, HSRP was not mandated in 2018🤦♂️
#EishaSingh𓃵 owns a Mercedes-Benz GLE worth over 2 crores. She is rich girl, and the car doesn't have an IND number plate, means it's recently purchased. Ye Vo Chhapris wali rented car ni hai. Builder papa & Beti ne hardwork se li hai ! #AVISHA #EishasTribe
