I saw this and heard they refused because Japan plan was to sell our LNG to other Asian countries. Not saying it’s a good decision as I don’t know all of it. Maybe this kind of deal should be voted at the Parliament. The JPN/USA deal can be simple as buy from us to keep protecting you from China and North Korea.
