@lexly___ Such way of handling moderation actions especially automated wouldn't be good. You should never fully trust automated actions. We have set it up to 5 violations before termination to give users chance e.g. to report a false positive and remove such punishment.

Why 5 violations not 3 like every other platform? Not every automation is perfect, and simply relying on automated system to do the job isn't good for the platform nor the users.

I love how I woke up and banned over 40 audio bypassers out of @Clippsly. Did they really forgot that I was investigating them for months, and that I remember their aliases? 😭

@AlexTanooki Again I'm personally sorry for this, I should've never let it happen. All I'll do at this point is perm ban his Clip account. If it's really Suno, I recommend you reaching out to them and reporting it. Distributing Suno generated music is against their ToS without a 10$ license.
