There’s no context to this video. They do release sterile male mosquitos to reduce the mosquito population. Though I don’t doubt billionaires do nefarious things this video could be a clip from something that is commonly done.

Not a chance. How many civilizations could have claimed the same imaginary to their collapse? Rome followed revelations to the letter. Was it the end? Ww1 and 2 could claim the same. Portugal? Spain? England? Russia? All could have claimed the same during their great collapses.
