@NewEraNYJets Since we’ve been rebuilding this way for the last 20 years. What’s the right way? They do this every 4 yrs. The right way is find a Joe B, Lamar or Josh. It’s a QB league and we haven’t solved that puzzle ever. We have a ton of pieces but no QB gets us 5 wins

@JGrayJets Unless they trade for a proven QB in their mid to late 20s, 3 to 5 more losing seasons are coming. The one thing winners have in common in the nfl is the stability of the QB position. @woodyjohnson4 likes to rebuild every 4 yrs more than winning, it keeps the team in the media

@Paulie_Bruz Next 2 or 3 seasons will be losing unless they trade for a QB at Rogers level. History has proven the instability of that position ends in disaster.

@woodyjohnson4 so miss the playoffs for 15 16 and 17 straight years because we need a QB and we don’t have one that’s good enough outside of Rogers to get it done. Great coach hire same results

It has been 15 years since the Jets made the playoffs, I want a real chance to be a great team and this is clearly the best option (most likely lose Davante too) I will give the new regime the benefit of the doubt and pray that they have a plan in place, but this is a disgusting start. Throwing away a chance to have a magical season 😞

Tom Brady reiterating that sports is 90% mental and 10% physical. However, we spend 20 hrs in the weight room and 1 hour in film session and can’t figure out why the team don’t get it. Train the brain as much as you train the body!

@BoyGreen25 @JakeAsman The jets don’t need to resurrect. They had a ton of close games with a QB coming off a ACL. If they stay the course, we’d be in good shape but right when we are on the verge we start over. Crazy @woodyjohnson4

@PaulFiore He wants out. Look at the coaching staff. Outside of AG. Who are they excited about coaching them? A RB coach is the QB coach. So either that’s a meaningless job or that’s a bad hire.

@RichCimini @BrianCoz @ConnieScouts so far AG has definitely under delivered on this coaching staff. Is that because nobody wants to come to NY and he has to settle for what he can get? Half this staff fired after year 1. None of our young players want to play for these guys

@RichCimini Glenn will fire half this staff within 1 yr. You can’t have rookies in a rebuild you need veteran coach’s that have a track record of success.

@woodyjohnson4 @victorgreen2121 you might want to bring 8 back because AG just hired a guy who’s never developed a QB. We dealt with that incompetence with Saleh. Someone call AG and tell him to get an actual QB coach in the building if you draft a young guy.
