Nightmare doesn't appreciate someone else trying to prove they're the boss. Killer gets put in his place the most by him, bent over his desk and being shown who exactly he belongs to. Killer being manhandled by someone smaller than him... why does he like it?

'Hes trying to avoid them', a stain of doubt seeps into Killer. He knows better, that Cross isn’t like that, that its more the case of feeling misfit now that he's new within their group, but the hurt remains. Someone has to take the first step, and Cross simply must be too shy.
