Alumni Wongani Mwasinga worked with Global Link Concern Limited to secure a $10,200 grant from the Ambassador’s Self Help grant. She will work with the community she worked with during her service in Balaka district to construct an under-5 clinic.

work in agriculture and renewable energy. Together, they planted 500 trees at Mgwirambavi School. Other engagements included a meeting with the Moroccan Ambassador to Malawi and a CorpsAfrica-Peace Corps site visit, strengthening collaboration.

Rooting for a Sustainable Future! Last week, the Alumni Association led a successful tree-planting exercise at 3 local schools to enhance environmental stewardship among students. A total of 370 trees were planted. The seedlings included fruit-bearing and non-fruit trees.
