Under-discussed: once you raise a seed round, you'll likely be running your startup for many years even if you never make it to Series A. 4 years post-seed: - 22% have closed down - 48% have gotten to Series A - 30% still around Many cos will close quickly at pre-seed. But once you take VC, it's a long haul for most.
