Breathtaking stupidity. Individuals working in AB pay the same rate of CPP as every other Canadian. AB has a young workforce, so collectively more $$ go to CPP. When people who work in AB retire, they often LEAVE (like me) and collect their CPP in another province. Itβs simple.
