@Ask_Spectrum Spent 45 minutes on phone trying to resolve this in a reasonable manner. It’s sad that spectrum is so hurtful to the very customers who pay its bills

@Ask_Spectrum Also, we have been paying for 1 year with no business but your company doesn’t care. They just read rules and say I can disconnect but then I will need to pay a bunch of fees to reconnect. #killingsmallbusiness

@Ask_Spectrum The support team read a list of rules to me. We can’t put your account on a seasonal hold until it has been active for a month. Ours has been 7 years but since our autopay was deactivated it was accidentally disconnected and then we paid and reconnected but those are the rules
