Congrats to NUI Galway and our Nathan Mullen on winning the Sigerson Cup this eve in Carlow. Superb achievement and an All Ireland medal back to the Club!👏
Nace O’Dowd Park hosted All Ireland Club champions Corofin v Kilcar in a challenge yest eve. It was an honour to host two of the top club sides on our home turf. In awful weather, we saw some fine football by some top players.

Official installation of the new defibrillator at Nace O’Dowd Park. The club are hugely grateful to Lorraine Feely and Family, Tubbertelly who fundraised to donate the unit to the Park in memory of the late James Feely. A special plaque was also commissioned.

Our community track lights were switched to ‘On’ this evening. Many thanks to all who contributed to making this latest phase of our park development possible. We will provide times and details of the facility in the coming days.
Best of luck to Kevin O’Kennedy and the Sligo hurlers in the Nicky Rackard Cup Final in Croke Park today. What an honour for Kevin and for our Club to have one of our own tread the hallowed turf. Few club players have ever done so and here’s hoping for a win later today.

Before the game, Kilcar’s Mark & Ryan McHugh along with Corofin’s Ian Burke gave a talk to our U-14 squad. They spoke very humbly to our lads about enjoying the game whilst concentrating on progressing bit by bit. Thanks to all of our loyal stewards who braved the conditions.

We hosted our first ever Senior Championship fixture on the new Nace O’Dowd Park pitch yesterday evening. Curry emerged the winners over St. Mary’s in an entertaining encounter. Many thanks to our great team of volunteers who made it all possible.
