@kjmoose Sooooooo. :P I actually have 2 big X series I wanna do. 1 on training philosophy from A-Z . Feel like it would be fun and useful. Then basically everything I know about jumping and the training around it haha I’m gonna start them both this next week.

@josephgoetz No set time just need to be able to max jump again. If in doubt atleast 45-60 seconds
