@Jules_Rawks I can certainly understand why people might not enjoy it. To me it’s really the signature texture coming from the distortion of the guitars and that tactility is also the reason why I like Skrillex and he’s certainly not for everyone.

@Jules_Rawks I’m a huge grunge fan. I will say that the critique tends to extend towards the more popular songs to the annoyance of the bands. The lyrical quality of songs like “heart shaped box” and “lithium” are far higher than the real popy songs like “smells like teen spirit”.
