I spoke about my grandfather on the show today. He was in the Italian navy and taken to a prison camp in Bangalore, India for 7 years during the early days of WWII. Here’s a pic of the camp . . . my grandfather is circled. He died a happy, old man in 1992. And he was awesome.

I speak about it casually because it's part of my everyday life. You're never cured . . . you successfully manage. I can say from experience, the feeling of isolation is the worst. As a younger guy, it helped me to know others were experiencing the same thoughts.
