Huge congratulations Freyja!
So proud to announce that I'm finally a "published" author! Read our paper on the reliability trials of the MDT stroke TOMs- a holistic stroke outcome measure I developed with Professor Pam Enderby (yes, I'm incredibly lucky!) #MDTStrokeTOMs

@_intandem Thanks for sharing this post @_intandem, so much to think about around the topic of #supervision for rehabilitation assistants and I am genuinely interested to hear what others think.

@vml11 @sally_fontaine & the ownership for clients comes through making the abstract more concrete and giving space for clients to comment on the ideas

@vml11 @sally_fontaine Thanks @vml11, do give it a go! So helpful for support workers, I have a generic video explaining CCD to send to new SWs to define terminology etc. & then more bespoke training for strategies so I can talk through glitches, tips and demonstrate how to use the strategy effectively
