Senior citizens do not travel in trains daily. Barely 1 or 2 times a year. Due to lockdown 2 years railways was massively shut and lost lot of revenue. Railway needs to recover money. Senior citizens will not miss concession. Govt cannot print notes, infuse it in services blind.
