Our local network maintenance technicians have been hard at work today. Their two priorities — their safety and restoring internet services to Xfinity and Comcast Business customers impacted by Hurricane Beryl’s destruction. Watch 👉

A majority of service interruptions are related to the loss of power. Comcast’s critical network facilities in Houston weren't damaged by Beryl and are operational. Once safe, our crews will restore services to impacted customers. Follow updates here:

Beryl has moved through southeast Texas and continues north. The storm caused widespread power outages and damage. Our local crews and additional out-of-state crews stand ready to repair damaged telecommunications infrastructure when it's safe to do so.
