Players, do you want to develop? How many programs will work with you? How many will train you based on your body type? We do at @peakebaseball - from our fall to early spring, our guys have developed. Guys on the mound have gone from 84 to 92, 83 to 88, 73 to 82, players suddenly consistent 89-90. All this just this year!! This is based on our guys commitment to what we are doing! Looking for that temporary stop to get better? Check us out!!!

This may not be for all but my opinion is if you get to a point where you are not growing it is time to experiment with some things. But if you experiment you have to have a purpose and know what you are trying to achieve with these changes. Don’t do something just to do it.
