It’s been a year since my Dad went into hospital for what was supposed to be one night. The next time I was allowed to see him was 3 weeks later when he was on end of life care after catching covid in the hospital. I had to wear a mask, visor, plastic gloves to say my goodbyes..
Teachers have been telling me about having to buy stationary from their own money, having to use food banks, and not having the resources or facilties to give kids the education they deserve.

How lovely to have our coverage of the Queen’s funeral included on this list.
