The @UConnBand honors Alex Schachter during halftime playing his favorite song by @chicagotheband, 25 or 6 to 4. Alex was killed in the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS in Parkland, FL. Alex dreamed of marching at @UConn. His father was here to see it. #BandFamily

Love this tradition for the @KStatePride seniors. On this final game day they wear special colored plumes that they can keep after the game. Each is put on by the Director himself.

PSU is one of the best band hosts in the country. Typically visiting band sits in the 1st row of the n endzone so they can get on & off the field easily. However, today’s game is controlled by CFB PLAYOFF, not PSU. The decision to put the SMU Band up top is that of the playoff.

Sending our deepest condolences to the Bajuk family and the @LonghornBand family. We are sad to share that Lauren Bajuk passed away after the car she was traveling in was struck by a pick-up truck Friday night. She was a member of the Texas mellophone section. 🙏🏻🤘🏻🙏🏻

Never seen this before. San Houston State kicker on the field during halftime. The team manager clearly tells him to come off the field. He ignores him. Then one of the @LMB_SFA staff runs onto the field and tries to take the tee and ball. Which leads to some shoving. Wild.

You should definitely march in college. It's crazy fun, not competitive and will be a discussion point in job interviews that could be a major help in getting you your first job. Also you'll meet your best friends. So stop debating it and audition.
