"Hotspotting," a highly publicized approach to lowering #HealthcareCosts, failed to pass rigorous study this month, but hospitals, insurers, and government health programs don’t intend to give up on the idea.

Good point by my colleague Heidi Allen. The state needs to hold plans accountable to achieve outcomes and social services might prove to be more important than ‘prevention services.’
